Walk by Faith

Definition of Faith is (1) : allegiance to duty or a person; loyalty;   (2) fidelity to one’s promises (3) sincerity of intentions; (4) belief and trust in and loyalty to God; (5) belief in the traditional doctrines of a religion; (6) a firm belief in something for which there is no proof; (7) complete trust; (8) something that is believed especially with strong conviction; especially a system of religious beliefs.
Faith is a devotion to our God by being dedicated and loyal to Him and Him alone.
Faith is believing God’s promises to us.  Believing and living His way that we will have an eternal life with Him.
Faith is open, genuine and sincere, it’s not hypocritical or deceitful.  It’s being opening and willing to have a relationship with Him.  It’s being able to look deep into your heart and let Him in all the places you would love to hide from Him.
Faith is more than just “believing” ~ it’s trusting our very lives to what we believe.
Faith is inviting the Holy Spirit to live within us allowing us into the very resources of God so that we can live in an entirely new way.
Faith is standing by our beliefs no matter what the cost.   It is being willing to endure pain and ridicule because we are sure what He says is true.
“I am willing to follow His Word.  I am willing to lay my life at the foot of the cross for HIm.  I am willing to endure because I believe God loves us and wants what is best for us.  I am willing to allow the Holy Spirit to come in me because our God is a living God, He has the power to change us and turn us into new beings in Christ.”  ~ Isiah 50:10-11

I’m willing to walk by faith… Are you?
