Mini-Challenge: Schedules Day #1


“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.  They will soar high on wings like eagles.  They will run and not grow weary.  They will walk and will not faint.”  ~  Isiah 40:31

How do you start off your day?  The first few hours make a big difference on how your mind-set is and how productive you are!

Today I’d like you to think about how you start your day.  How can you make it simpler?  Are there things that you can do the night before to make it less stressful?

Here are some ideas for making the most to the start of your day:

1.  If spending time with God is important to you, get up earlier and start your time with Bible study and prayer.  Starting your day with God seems to make the rest of your day less stressful.

2,  Try getting up earlier and do your work out.

3.  Play music in the morning rather than turning on the TV.  It’s much less distracting and starts your day off on the right note.

4.  If you have trouble staying on task, set timers.

Write down the changes you’d like to make in your planner.  (I told you we were going to use them!)
